Welcome to my website!
I am currently a fifth-year graduate student in the Astronomy Department at Harvard University. For my PhD, I worked with David Charbonneau to investigate the frequency, composition, and detectability of small planets around small stars using Kepler and the high-precision HARPS-North spectrograph at the Telescopio Nazionale Galileo in La Palma. I am supported by the National Science Foundation through the Graduate Research Fellowship Program.
I obtained my bachelor's degree in Astrophysical Sciences from Princeton University in June 2010 and my master's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Harvard University in 2012. I successfully defended my PhD on April 7, 2015. I will be moving to the Division of Geological and Planetary Sciences at Caltech as a NASA Sagan Fellow in fall 2015.
