About me

After studying physics at the Geneva University, I obtained my master degree in astrophysics in 2008. The same year, I started my PhD with Nuno Santos as a supervisor in Porto, Portugal. After 2 years, I moved back to Geneva to finish my thesis under the direction of Stephane Udry, director of the Geneva observatory. After getting my PhD in Astrophysics in December 2012, I obtained a fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation to start a Post Doc at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (Cambridge, MA)

Beside my
work, I like also outreach. I have already gave several talks for the general public and was part of the team organizing visits of the Geneva observatory, with sky observation .

I spend a lot of my free time
doing sport. I am a fan of touring skiing in winter and mountain biking as well as hiking in summer. Before my move to Cambridge, I was part of a volleyball team evolving in the switzerland national championship.

I like also landscape pictures. See my albums for more details.
