About

I am a software engineer in the Chandra X-Ray Center Data Systems (CXCDS) group. As a part of both the Science Algorithms and Science Operations teams, I maintain and develop new functionality for the Chandra data analysis suite (CIAO), as well as manage the Chandra Proposal System and Observation Cycle tools. Prior to working with the CXCDS, I received a Ph.d. in Astronomy from the University of Maryland for my thesis studying the population of supernova remnants observable by the Fermi Gamma Ray Space Telescope.
